1. Clean and dry surface you are applying decal to.
2. Carefully peel off the back layer of the decal, leaving the vinyl sticker and clear transfer in place.
3. Place decal. Use a credit card (or your hand) and lightly rub decal on surface.
4. Slowly peel clear transfer tape off. You may have to repress to ensure vinyl sticks to surface.
